Returns Policy
It is our responsibility to ensure that all our orders are packaged well before shipping, and we are ready to share evidence of the same to our clients prior to dispatch. We shall not take any responsibility for damages caused by the negligence of the courier company in-charge of delivering the goods, but will be available to assist with any information that might facilitate the communication between our clients and the respective shipping companies. If a damaged order is received, we must be notified within 48hrs or sooner.
